Progressive Thirty-One Gifts Gift Certificate Giveaway - Gift Certificate from Peggy "Patience" Tew, Independent Consultant.  This giveaway will start with a Gift Certificate valued at $50.  Once this post receives 400 comments, the value will increase to $75.  If we reach 500 comments the value will MAX OUT at $100!  Therefore the MORE you participate the MORE value the Gift Certificate will have!
